Do You Have Anything In Common With The Wise Men?

It has been over two thousand years ( 2,000 ) since that journey wrought by a beckoning star, and the first
coming of the Christ child lead to peace on earth, and good will toward men.It was in the framework of this
humble setting that God interrupts human history. It is here in this perfect"palace of humility"that God would
show favor to all mankind. At this time men of the East gazed into the heavens and were drawn to a star.
They were compelled by something beyond themselves to follow its light.Their account in Matthew C-2 is
a story of faith set in motion to encounter the revelation of  that star.Their unwavering purpose as recorded for future generations is summed up in their own words: "For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him"( Matthew C-2:v2 ).As we know from the familiar passages related to the  coming of Christ, these strangers from the East were not foreign to the protocol worthy of a ruler and thus offered gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh to the Christ child.Their anticipation was matched with the realization of being summoned to appear before a king. (Revelation C-22:v17.). Here in is wisdom,we would do well
to do as the wise men did.Seek first the kingdom of God.For he who comes to God must believe that He is,and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, (Hebrews C-11:v6). How wise will we be?
The wise men of old set a course for us to consider. It's interesting that Jesus, the Bright and Morning Star
of Revelation,always came to His followers with one message:"Follow Me"( Matthew C-4:v19;
John C-21:v19). Perhaps it is the encouragement of Jesus' own words of "follow Me"that points us to the
admonition of Isaiah C-30:v21:"This is the way, walk in it." Like our counterparts from yesteryear's,it is
our hope that today's wise men will be open, available and willing as they seek and wait upon His star.
It is time we look up and follow the Bright and Morning Star!

Who Wants Tobe A Millionaire?

Well, as bad as man would have us think it is.You would think the answer to who wants to be a millionaire is very simple: But this is an increasingly difficult question to answer. For some the questions are basic, but others are more intense. When the lights flash, the audience tenses, and the kettledrum rolls-while contestants agonize over who invented the cup or  the computer. The program guests carefully use their "three lifelines"
as the host Regis Philblin asks,"Is that your final answer? So here's a question,Is it possible that the Bible answers the important question that haunt us in the darkness as we lie in bed trying to sleep? We have all
found it entertaining to watch someone else sweat in an effort to get rich quick. We all know that the questions the contestants have to ponder--no matter how intriguing--are not in themselves all that important.
The really important questions are those that keep us awake at night as we lie in bed trying to sleep--questions that eat at our hearts because we sense our lives and relationships, our work and our health, our hopes and our happiness all hang in the balance. But what if the most published book in the world has answers to our most troubling questions? what if the Bible offers us all three of our lifelines in a show called
Who Wants To Have Joy unspeakable Joy,And Peace That Passes All Understanding? Now here's three
questions to think on, 1.)Is there hope for your family? 2.) Can I find purpose for my life? 3.)Can I know what will happen after I die? There are answers and they are in your Bible. John C-3:v16 thr 18.Is a good
start.

Do Not Worry,O Ye Of Little Faith

Today there are so many people in a state of worry, about so many things. And because we place

our faith in our self more than in God. We're in a living hell of our on making. We as the human

race has done just what Jesus, told us not to do. As it where , when He was talking to His disciples in; ( Luke C-12:v 22 Thur v:34 ). We still don't get today, that our faith should only be in God.

Much can be said about how we got in this state. I'd like to share with you all. That we don't have to stay where we are. God has always been near to us to help. If we would only ask. There

are only two kinds of people in this world, they are the faithful and the faithless.Who are you?
