The Unforgivable Sin and It's Consequences

There is such a thing as an unforgettable  sin . The Bible reference as many as 8 scriptures that clearly sheds light on what they are . Matthews 12th  chapter and 31st thur 32nd verse  :  reads as follows  ,  31st  , And so I tell you  , every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men   , but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven  . 32nd Anyone speaks a  word against the Son of Man will be forgiven   , but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven   , either in this age or in the age to come   .  Mark 3rd . chapter and 28th thur 29th verse reads :  I tell you the truth   , all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them  . 29th  ) But whoever blasphemies against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven   ; he is guilty of an eternal sin . " He said this because they were saying   , "He has an evil spirit   ."  Luke 12th chapter and the 10th verse reads : And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven   , but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven  . Hebrews 10th chapter and 26th thur 29th verse  , reads 26th v. ) If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the  truth   , no sacrifice for sins is left  , but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God  . 28th ) Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses  . 29th ) How much more severely do you think a man deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God under  foot  , who has treated as an unholy  thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified him   , who has insulted the Spirit of grace  .  Of  note;  the 30th verse says : For we know him who said   ," It is mine to avenge  , I will repay  , " and again  , " The Lord will judge his people  ." 31st ) It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.  Mark 3rd chapter 29th thur 30th verse :  29th v. ) But whoever blasphemies against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven   ; he is guilty of an eternal sin  ."  30th v. ) He said this because they were saying  , "He has an evil spirit  ."  Matthew 12th chapter and 24th verse  ; But when the Pharisees heard this , they said  , "It is only by Beelzebebub  , the prince of demons , that this fellow drives out demons  . Mark 3rd chapter and 22nd verse  : And the teachers of the law who came down from Jerusalem said  . " He is possessed by Beelzebebub!  By the prince of demons he is driving out demons  ." Luke the 11th chapter and  15th verse ; But  some of them said  , "By  Beelzebebub  , the prince of demons  , he is driving out demons  ." Of note  ; the 16th verse : Others tested him by asking for a sign from heaven  .

May I share with you  , the lesson of the locust seems to be that  God  1 . ) never intended for us to work alone  , and  2  . ) we can accomplish much by working together  . After the creation of Adam God knew it wasn't good that man should be alone  , " ( Gen . 2nd chapter : 18th verse ) so Eve was delivered to provide Adam with help and assistance  . This same principle of  " joint effort " is described again in Ecclesiastes the 4th chapter and 9th verse  . The writer tells us that  "two are better than one   ; because they have a good reward for their labor " .  In other words  , there is strength in numbers  . The modern world refers to this phenomenon as  " synergy  " which is best expressed in the following equation  :  1+1+1=4  .With synergy  , the sum of the parts are greater than the individual parts alone  . The importance of working together  , of emulating the locusts  , is clearly seen in Christ's establishment of the church which is  : " fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth  , according to the effectual working in the measure of every part  , maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love  ." Eph. 4th chapter and 16th verse   . The lesson " Christian everywhere can learn from the lowly locust is this   : if we  " pull together  " then we can change the world  !  Donald  , here's a bit of fyi . another definition of the word   (  group  ) by Merrian -Webster  : a number of people or things that are together or in the same place  . Don't Reject It !

I learned long time ago as a young minister that everyone is not going to respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ at the same time  . Not everyone is going to rejoice about ministry that the Lord has given me  . The Spirit of God require a Spirit Excellence  . So am mindful of the fact that  it was humanity that rejected Jesus  . It want be any different for me  . And among the general population  , and indeed among  some of  my peers I to will feel some rejection  .  It's sad learn  , here was the Son of  God in their very midst  , with healing in His wings and an unlimited supply of the anointing  .  He declared  , The Spirit of Lord is upon me  , because he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted   , to preach deliverance to the captives  , and recovering of sight to the blind   to set at liberty them that are bruised  ( Luke 4th : 18th verse ) . The people were astonished when He stated   , I came down from heaven  , not to do mine own will  , but the will of him that sent me  ( John 6th chapter and 38 verse ) .  They said  , Is not this  Jesus  , the son of Joseph  , whose father and mother we know ? how is it then that he saith  , I came down from heaven  ? ( v 42 ) .  Because they would not accept the fact that the son of a carpenter was sent by God , they missed thier hour of visitation  .  They did not tap into the anointing  . Jesus is still telling the world   , I am the bread of life  : he that cometh to me shall  never hunger  ;  and he that believeth on me shall never thirst ( v.35 ) .
