When someone ask you to marry them don't be so quick to say yes. All relationships are contractual
agreements. Each party expects to receive certain things. Some contracts have a ninety-day grace
period. This gives the parties the opportunity to examine what ever it is there considering ,test the
service, make any necessary adjustments or bow out of the agreement. It would make sense to apply a
grace period to our intimate relationships. We may need time to assess the others behavior, true
intentions and the performance history of the prospects. But you should remember that in every
contract there is fine print. Some of the fine-print issues such as habits, motive and background
cannot be seen with the naked eye. The love we desire in others should already be within us.
Before you go down that road of life. You need to know that there are things you must consider
before you can answer that question to anyone. 1.) Is the relationship ordained by God ? 2.)
Do you know there are three kinds of licensing contracts to have knowledge of ? They are the
spiritual kind and the government kind , Oh yes,and the people kind. It goes without saying
that your friends are usually the first to discuss your personal business behind your back. It is not
your duty or responsibility to change the minds of other people. Think on this; the nature of
their thinking is advanced or limited by their experience. The government don't care if you read
it or not, that is until you want out of it. Now the one that means the most is the spiritual one with God ,
when you entrust your relationship with Him all the others will fall in line. And you become by your
actions an example of Godly character for the Lord. Genesis C-2: v 23 and 24.

Jesus Is In The Rescue Business
Living in the times we're in,we often see people in circumstances that only God can them get out of. Yet,it seem to me that we call on every one but Him. Well, regardless of your circumstances God will always respond to a call for help. Not once can it be said, He didn't.Many times we create unnecessary problems in our lives because we approach life from wrong angle. Sin is the big angle we all seem to forget about, until we fine yourself in this spot. You see life come with rules,it's when we ignored them we have to bear the consequences. And most of the times we can't handle it. The central message of the Bible is one of rescue.Paul points out that none of us "deserve" God's mercy and none of us can save ourselves.Like a stranded hiker, all we can do is call for help.Quoting the psalmist,he says,"There is none righteous,no not one;there is none who understands; there is none who seeks after God" (Rom.C-3:v.10-v.11;Ps.C-14:v.1-v.3).The good news of the gospel is that,in spite of our state, God seeks after us in the rescue business. Now, then what keeps you from calling out to God for spiritual rescue? What does Romans C-3:v.23-v.26 say? There is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents. Luke C-15:v.10.

Something You Should Know About Your Death!
Have you ever wonder why, when the doctor say to you your dying you get up sat ? Maybe it's because you haven't gotten your house in order with the Lord. Some people just don't like to talk about death. But as life would have it you have a say in what's said about you when your time come. Where as Jesus is the only one that knows how and when your life will end. You do know our time is in His hand, right? "A eulogy is both art and architecture -- a bridge between the living and the dead, memory and eternity." The Bible contains little that corresponds to our modern eulogy. Yet Jesus paid a great tribute to John the Baptist when he faced the looming threat of execution by Herod. From prison , John sent his disciples to confirm the identity of Jesus the Messiah (Matt.C-11:v2-6). Jesus talked with them, then told the listening crowd,"Among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he"(v.11). John knew how to make a royal exit. Jesus' tribute captured the essence of the desert-dwelling,straight-preaching John, who was maligned and misunderstood as he prepared the way for the Son of God. John's greatness was more than personal; it was wrapped up in the kingdom of God. He wrote his own eulogy by his actions. As we ponder what we might say about others at their passing,it's also a good time to ask,"what will people say about me when it's time to say goodbye?" "Assuredly,I say to you it would be more than Grace,to have Jesus do my eulogy. So,not only doses Jesus know your time,it's in His plan of life to know your end. Here's what He told Peter,in (John C-21:v.18-19); 18."Most assuredly,I say to you, when you were younger, you girded yourself and walked where you wished; but when you are old,you will stretch out your hands, and another will gird you and carry you where you do not wish."19.This He spoke, signifying by what death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this,He said to him, "Follow Me." So my brothers and sisters in Christ, our living and dying serve only to glorify God.

When Reading The Scripture!
It is important to bear in mind that the whole Bible, throughout both Old and New Testaments,is a total revelation authored by the Holy Spirit, and that no part may be detached from the rest nor be incompatible to the truth as consistently revealed throughout the whole of Scripture.

Christianity!
Christianity is Christ--it involves a principle of life which pulsates with divine energy and cannot be explained apart from God Himself. It is essentially miraculous even though it does not have to be sensational. It is always supernatural, in that it lies beyond the scope of mortal man apart from the indwelling presence of the risen Son of God. Within the sixty-six books of the Bible, the Book of Esther speak to Christianity very well. You may be somewhat surprised at my choice of the Book of Esther for this particular purpose, but I know of no other single book in the whole of the Old Testament more lucidly illustrates the principles governing the Christian life. Nor is there a book which demonstrates more clearly what spiritual new birth really involves and what conditions must be met,to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to become effective for God. Within the pages of the Book of Esther there is to be found a wealth of understanding concerning the implications of true discipleship, and concerning that relentless war for final supremacy being waged within the soul of man between good and evil--between God and the devil. It is fascinating beyond description to find the unfolding of the story,so meticulous an explanation of so much that often baffles the honest but hard-pressed believer.

Settle Your Disagreement,You Can't Afford To Live Without God's Blessing!
Euodia and Syntyche were two women who worked with Paul in building the church.Yet sadly, the only mention of them in Scripture is that they couldn't get along with one another. That's not good, because God's blessing is predicated upon our willingness to forgive, and to love one another.Jesus said: "Therefore I say unto you, what ever you ask when you pray, believe that you receive it,and you will have them. And whenever you pray,if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses" ( Mark C-11:v24-25 ).You can't pray effectively when you have "something against anyone." Even if the other person is wrong, let God use you to make a change.Tell them you want a healed relationship, then apologize. It may take more than a U-turn to make up the distance between you,but each step will make the distance much shorter.Do this in the Grace of God,this is part of it.Remember ,when you forgive someone, you position yourself beyond condemnation; at that point God can bless you.

Every Thing You See ,Is Not What It Seem's The Real Black Heritage!
Today let us examine our prejudices, our expectations of others, and our biases;and may we drink deeply of Christ's compassion for all.On the last day of the feast of the Tabernacles, where water ceremonies and prayers for rain had been offered, Jesus spoke of himself as the source of water from heaven."Let anyone who is thirty come to me,"he said (John C-7:v37). These words divided the people and created enough of a disturbance to merit the calling of the temple police of that day.You see even when Jesus was here, there was people who was prejudice. In both his background and in the content of his teaching and preaching, was not what people were expecting in a Messiah. Still,in the church today there are many issues that would divide us and bring us into conflict. The ministry of Jesus,Galilean carpenter who healed on the Sabbath and spoke of himself as bread of life and source of water from heaven--reminds us that our expectations and presuppositons can be wrong, just as many were wrong in Jesus' day about Him.
